Important Information About Filters
All BoAir filter products are custom made to order and as such cannot be returned for full credit. A restocking fee of $17 will apply to any filter (including "Change-A-Pad" filter frames) that is returned to us.
We understand that occasionally mistakes are made with measurements, so if you need to return a filter for resizing we must charge you a nominal fee to do so. Our current fee for resizing filters is $17. This fee includes return shipping to you. Resizing must be done within 30 days of initial purchase date.
