note: This is a genuine BoAir electrostatic air-conditioning
and heating filter, not an imitation. Genuine BoAir AC/furnace
filters do NOT contain polyester which tends to become
difficult to clean over time. This 5-Stage filter is
made from 5 layers of filtering media. A Genuine
BoAir filter can be identified by its logo and a unique
serial number.

This filter is "flexible" and its super-slim
design works exceptionally well in window/wall mounted
units as well as home central air/heat units and returns
- These filters are also commonly used in marine/boating
and recreational vehicle applications.
How Do BoAir Electrostatic
Filters Work?
BoAir electrostatic filters are made from special materials
that develop their own safe electrostatic charge as air
is drawn through the filter by your air-conditioner,
heater or furnace - This charge attracts contaminants
like a magnet.
BoAir electrostatic filters do not require any power
to operate and will replace any existing Air-conditioning/Heating
filter without modification.
The Flexible Air Filter with
a 7 Year Manufacturers Warranty
No more disposable filters, pads or sponges to replace.
The BoAir 5-Stage permanent electrostatic air filter
is designed to last. It is washable and reusable, and
is constructed
from the finest materials available - that's why BoAir
backs its 5-Stage electrostatic air conditioning /
heating filters with a 7 Year Warranty.
To clean simply rinse with fresh water, let dry, and
return to service.

Potential relief for allergy and asthma sufferers
Because BoAir electrostatic air filters are effective
in trapping pollen, mold, bacteria, dust, pet dander
and many
other airborne contaminants, they can potentially reduce
or eliminate allergy and asthma symptoms - BoAir electrostatic
filters are much more effective at removing airborne
contaminants than those cheap disposables, and they're
more effective
than most other electrostatic filters.

Impressive Specifications
High Arrestance
Arrestance is a term which refers to a filter’s
ability to trap airborne contaminants such as dust and
mold. BoAir's
5-Stage filter boasts 90% peak arrestance which means
that up to 90% of contaminants are trapped by the filter.
Ultra Low Resistance
Resistance is a term which defines how hard your air
conditioner / heater needs to work in order to pull
air through the
filter. Filters with low resistance allow the air
conditioner / heater to breathe more easily and to
operate more efficiently.
A good filter with low resistance will save you money
and reduce repair bills when compared to a filter
with higher resistance because your air conditioner
will operate
fewer hours per day. The BoAir 5-Stage electrostatic
filter has an initial resistance of a mere 0.10 w.g.
at an airflow of 1200 CFM (Many of the cheaper filters have resistance up in the 0.15 to 0.19 range - higher resistance equates to higher utility bills and lower efficiency).

Anti-Microbial protection
BoAir electrostatic filters are the only ones embedded
with an anti-microbial which effectively
limits and controls bacteria, mold and mildew, and
helps to reduce
odor.
Note: Washable filters that have not been treated with
an effective anti-microbial have been found to actually
encourage the growth of mold, mildew and bacteria which
may be hazardous to your health

Save
money over high-quality disposables
Replacing your household a/c or furnace filter each month
with a high quality disposable filter will cost you about
$145 each year - or $725 over a five year period, and that
doesn’t include gas money or your time wasted running
to the store. Compare that with the one-time purchase of
a BoAir 5-Stage Flexible electrostatic filter for under
$76!!
