If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original packaging for a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase date.

Return shipments should be shipped with a reputable carrier who can provide “tracking” information (UPS, Fedex, DHL etc).

Important Information About Filters
All BoAir filter products are custom made to order and as such cannot be returned for full credit. A restocking fee of $15 will apply to any filter (including “Change-A-Pad” filter frames) that is returned to us.

We understand that occasionally mistakes are made with measurements, so if you need to return a custom sized filter for resizing we must charge you a nominal fee to do so. Our current fee for resizing custom filters is $15. This fee includes return shipping to you.
