 When Boair designed their permanent filters they aimed to deliver a high performance filter that required less maintenance and a filter that wouldn't clog up over time. By using an inner core with open cells instead of un-woven/non-woven polyester (sometimes referred to as a "non-woven" layer - used in nearly all the other cheaper filters), Boair have created a filter that performs optimally and rinses clean in far less time than most competing products. Just because you buy a washable filter doesn't mean you should spend a whole lot of your time washing it!

High Arrestance
Arrestance is a term which refers to a
filter's ability
to trap airborne contaminants such as dust and mold.
BoAir's 5-Stage filter boasts arrestance that exceeds
95% which means that
over 95% of contaminants were trapped during testing.
Low Resistance
Resistance is a term which defines how hard your air
conditioner / heater needs to work in order to pull
air through the
filter. Filters with low resistance allow the air conditioner
